Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8z88 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the 8z88 website and all related gaming and betting services at https://8z88.ws. By creating an account, accessing any game, placing a wager, or making any financial transaction through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of 8z88 regardless of device, location, or service used. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

1. Eligibility

Access to 8z88 and participation in any real-money game or betting activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that you meet all criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8z88 strictly prohibits participation by anyone under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
• You are participating as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 8z88 complies with local laws.
• You have not been self-excluded from 8z88 or any affiliated platform, and no active self-exclusion order is in force that would prevent you from accessing online gambling services.

8z88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

8z88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. 8z88 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits from accounts not held in the player's own name.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• 8z88 does not charge deposit fees. Your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 8z88 accepts no responsibility.
• 8z88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit suspected to be fraudulent, connected to criminal activity, or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, and the account being in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. 8z88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to two hours for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• 8z88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During an active security review, a withdrawal may be held for up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where an account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Players must complete the required rollover before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• 8z88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 8z88's control and remain the player's responsibility.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use 8z88 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another individual without 8z88's express written consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or using the platform in connection with any criminal or fraudulent activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 8z88 staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat or email.

8z88 employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring tools that operate continuously. Accounts found in breach of these provisions will be actioned without prior notice. 8z88's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8z88 platform — including software, game engines, graphical assets, trade marks, logos, text, audio content, promotional materials, and the overall design — is the exclusive property of 8z88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 8z88. Unauthorised use may constitute a breach of intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

9. Amendments & Governing Law

8z88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of 8z88 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the general principles of equity. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through 8z88's internal complaints process may be escalated through the platform's designated dispute resolution channel, details of which are available from the customer support team.
